Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Aesthetik Marketing ("Aesthetik," "we," "us") collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit aesthetikmarketing.com (the "Site"), book an introductory call, or otherwise contact us.

It does not cover information we process on behalf of our clients under a client services agreement; that information is governed by the agreement and the client's own privacy policy.

Questions about this policy can be sent to ask@aesthetikmarketing.com.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you, run the Site and understand how it is used.

  • Contact and business details — name, work email, company name, website. From you, via the booking form, Calendly or email.

  • Project details — services you are interested in, monthly marketing budget range, notes you add. From you, via the booking form or Calendly.

  • Scheduling details — meeting date and time, time zone, calendar invite responses. From you, via Calendly.

  • Communications — emails and messages you send us. From you.

  • Device and usage data — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site, approximate location (city/region), time on site. Collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.

  • Campaign data — UTM and referral parameters showing how you reached the Site. Collected automatically.

We do not ask for sensitive personal information (such as government ID numbers, financial account details or health information) through the Site. Please do not submit confidential business information through the booking form; we are happy to sign a mutual NDA before any detailed discussion.

How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to inquiries, schedule and hold introductory calls, and follow up about a potential engagement

  • Evaluate fit, including matching your needs and budget to the right services

  • Send you information you have asked for, and occasional updates about our services (you can opt out at any time)

  • Operate, secure and improve the Site, including measuring traffic and which pages and campaigns perform best

  • Detect and prevent spam, fraud and misuse

  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements

Where a law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on your consent, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, our legitimate interest in running and marketing our business, or legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

How we share information

We share personal information only as described below, and never sell it.

  • Service providers — to host the Site, schedule calls, measure traffic, send email and store files: Squarespace (website hosting, forms and analytics), Calendly (scheduling), Google Workspace (email and file storage).

  • Subcontractors working with us — vetted strategists, designers and media specialists on our team, to prepare for or deliver an engagement you have asked about, under confidentiality obligations.

  • Legal and safety — courts, regulators or law enforcement, to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect our rights or others' safety.

  • Business transfers — a buyer or successor, bound by this policy, as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

  • With your consent — any other sharing you agree to.

Our service providers may use personal information only to perform services for us, under contract. Each also has its own privacy policy: Squarespace, Calendly, Google.

Cookies, analytics and tracking choices

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site working, remember your preferences and understand how visitors use it.

  • Essential cookies — set by Squarespace to deliver and secure the Site. These cannot be switched off.

  • Analytics cookies — set by Squarespace Analytics to count visits and see which pages and referral sources perform. This data is reported to us in aggregated form.

  • Scheduling cookies — set by Calendly when its booking calendar loads on the Site.

We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies or pixels. If that changes, we will update this policy and the cookie banner first.

You can manage cookies through the Site's cookie banner and your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Browsers' "Do Not Track" signals have no common standard, so the Site does not respond to them. We do treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a request to opt out of any sale, sharing or targeted-advertising use of your information for that browser.

Retention, security, children and international visitors

Retention. We keep inquiry and scheduling information for as long as needed to respond and evaluate a potential engagement, and generally no longer than 24 months after our last contact unless you become a client or the law requires longer. Site analytics are kept in aggregated form according to Squarespace's standard settings.

Security. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, and our providers use industry-standard encryption. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children. The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information; if you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

International visitors. We are based in the United States and our providers store data in the U.S. and other countries. If you contact us from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.

Your privacy rights and choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing emails, at any time.

  • Email preferences — use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or reply to ask us to stop.

  • Access, correction and deletion — email ask@aesthetikmarketing.com with the subject "Privacy request." We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we respond within the time the law requires (generally 45 days).

  • Opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising — we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not run advertising pixels on the Site.

  • Authorized agents — you may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, with written permission.

  • No discrimination — we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

California residents. You may request the categories of personal information we collected about you, its sources, why we collected it, and the categories of third parties we disclosed it to (see the sections above). Under California's "Shine the Light" law you may also ask whether we disclosed personal information to third parties for their direct marketing; we do not.

Residents of other U.S. states with consumer privacy laws (such as Colorado, Connecticut, Oregon, Texas and Virginia) may have similar rights. Email us to make a request; if we deny it, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will respond within the legally required time.

Nevada residents. We do not sell covered information as defined in Nevada law (NRS 603A). You may still submit a request to opt out of any future sale by emailing ask@aesthetikmarketing.com with the subject "Nevada opt-out."

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date and, for material changes, add a notice on the Site.
